Medical tubes
The extrusion department is equipped with modern extruders and product packaging machines that make it possible to produce tubing that are is perfectly suited to its final use: appropriately sized in all dimensions, evenly wound, chemically stable, and with no degradation of the PVC
Our highly technological, high-performance tubing manufacturing plant is equipped with a laser scanner to measure dimensional parameters (internal/external diameter, wall thickness) in order to guarantee the continuous quality monitoring of the finished product.
The department has four extruders located in an ISO class 8 clean room in which particle contamination, temperature and humidity are carefully controlled.
Our proposal “to create quality products tailor-made for our customers” means that the customer decides their specific characteristics, and we define the standards and manufacture the products for medical use.
